Today was somewhat eventful. I woke up around 9am to go to Peekskill, NY for a cake tasting. I have never been to Peekskill so it was my first time driving along the winding roads that encompasses a mountain. The cake tasting went relatively quickly and the bakery had the cutest cupcakes! My family and I ended up eating at a small Italian restaurant by the bakery called Taormina. We then decided to take a nice, relaxing walk along the Hudson River. 

After that I went home and did my Villanova essay and went to @dasheexx’s house for Mike’s birthday. :)

PS- That picture of what looks like a collage of toddler drawings is actually a ceramic bench that I passed by while walking.
