My Debut 

My debut turned out amazing yesterday. Although, I was concerned because of the snow and the fact that it would hinder a handful of people from attending, it still turned out wonderful. The overwhelming stress, complaining, arguments, and amount of work that it took to get my debut to happen was all worth it. It was a good balance of memories with my closest friends and family. 

Reading everyone’s card afterwards made me realize that I’m truly blessed for my friends and family. When I was planning my debut, people always told me that it’d be the worst time to have it because I would be caught up with college apps and my senior year expenses. But I disagree. My debut had great timing. By this time, I feel like I have found my true friends. The ones that I would keep in contact with when it’s time to part for college. And the memories I made I will remember more vividly once I go to college. For me, having a debut was perfect.
